butpkr Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between butpkr (hereinafter referred to as "butpkr", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "you", or "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the butpkr platform at butpkr.org and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised interfaces.

butpkr operates as an international online gaming and sports betting platform serving players across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, and all other cities and regions of the country. butpkr provides cricket betting, live casino games, slots, video poker, and racing markets, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By accessing the butpkr platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any service offered by butpkr, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the butpkr platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with butpkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and butpkr.

Access to and use of the butpkr platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent, warrant, and confirm that each of the following conditions is satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age. butpkr enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players without exception. butpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and will require such proof before processing any withdrawal.
• You are accessing butpkr of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either through butpkr directly or through any responsible gaming programme to which butpkr is a signatory.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national law. It is your personal responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your specific location before registering.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, officer, director, or representative of any competitor platform, data aggregator, or odds monitoring service.
• You are not a current employee of butpkr or any of its affiliate companies, nor are you a close family member of such an employee.
• All funds you use to deposit into your butpkr account are legitimately owned by you and are free from any connection to criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.

butpkr reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any stage of the player relationship and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are found not to have been met. In such cases, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed, forfeited entirely.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the butpkr platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

At registration, you must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, national identity number (CNIC), mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your butpkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. butpkr strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including butpkr support agents (who will never ask for your password).
• Log out of butpkr when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to butpkr support immediately via live chat.

butpkr accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. All bets placed through your account prior to you reporting a security breach will be treated as valid and settled accordingly.

All financial transactions on butpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). butpkr does not charge players any currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer
• Standard Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani commercial banks

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the butpkr cashier at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by the player's current verification status. Fully verified accounts are eligible for higher transaction limits.

butpkr processes withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically credited within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other commercial banks are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing timelines.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. butpkr may request copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership before releasing funds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all players regardless of balance size. butpkr reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where verification documents have not been provided or where the request is flagged by butpkr's fraud detection systems.

All bets placed through the butpkr sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing any wager. The following general conditions apply to all sports bets on butpkr:

• Bet Acceptance: butpkr reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Odds: All odds displayed on butpkr are offered in decimal format and are correct at the time of display. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted, as shown in your bet receipt.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the current live betting rules. butpkr may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or where butpkr determines that an error occurred in the pricing or display of a market. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full.
• Maximum Winnings: butpkr applies maximum winnings caps on certain markets. These caps are displayed within the relevant market rules and may vary by sport and competition.
• Cricket Betting: PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I matches are settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board. butpkr's cricket betting rules detail specific provisions for rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, and match abandonment.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet, the Player must contact butpkr support within 72 hours of the disputed event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review. butpkr's settlement decision, made in good faith on the basis of all available information, is final.

butpkr's casino product — including live dealer tables, video slots, video poker titles such as Jacks or Better, and all other casino game formats — is operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and/or live dealer streams provided by licensed third-party game studios. The fairness and integrity of all casino games offered on butpkr is independently verified.

The following conditions apply to all casino game play on butpkr:

• Casino game results are final once the game round is complete. Technical malfunctions during a game round will result in the round being voided and the relevant stake returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play commences.
• Live casino games are subject to the specific rules of the relevant table game as displayed within the live stream interface. House rules displayed within the game take precedence in the event of any discrepancy.
• butpkr does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific casino game or live dealer table. Game availability may be affected by studio scheduling, maintenance, or technical issues beyond butpkr's control.
• Progressive jackpot games are governed by additional specific rules displayed within the relevant game. Jackpot eligibility requirements — including minimum bet sizes — must be met for a player to be eligible for a jackpot prize.

butpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to its players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all butpkr promotions:

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be turned over 20 times before withdrawal is permitted). Specific wagering requirements are stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of each qualifying wager. Certain casino games may contribute a lower percentage, as detailed in the specific promotion terms. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly identified.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Abuse: butpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has exploited a promotion through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse. Such conduct also constitutes prohibited activity under Clause 9 of these Terms.
• Withdrawal Restriction: Players may not request a withdrawal of real-money funds while an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements is held in their account. The Player must either complete the wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus before a withdrawal request will be processed.

butpkr is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be undertaken as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. butpkr provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from any verified player account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a given timeframe.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time reminders or hard limits on the duration of any single playing session.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, login access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

All players must be a minimum of 21 years of age to hold a butpkr account. butpkr will never knowingly allow underage individuals to gamble on the platform and reserves the right to close any account where the age eligibility requirement is found to have not been met, with any balance returned to the verified payment source where legitimacy is confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the butpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account, for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in relation to any sporting event offered on butpkr's sportsbook.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other technical means to place bets, access promotions, or interact with butpkr's systems in an automated or non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Using butpkr to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
• Engaging in collusive play with other players or coordinating betting activity to manipulate market outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of butpkr's platform, odds data, or software infrastructure.
• Engaging in any activity that butpkr reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with fair and lawful use of the platform.

All content on the butpkr platform — including but not limited to the butpkr brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, odds presentations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of butpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the butpkr platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of butpkr's intellectual property without express prior written consent from butpkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, butpkr shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising directly or indirectly from the use of or inability to use the butpkr platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the butpkr platform or any service offered thereon, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information or content published on the butpkr platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, match information, or promotional terms.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of a player's account where such access resulted from the player's own failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, data providers, or network operators that result in service delays, errors, or financial loss to the player.

butpkr's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

butpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between butpkr and each player. By registering on butpkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

butpkr implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect player personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. butpkr does not sell, rent, or commercially transfer player personal data to third parties, except where required by law, necessary for the operation of the platform (such as payment processing), or where the player has given explicit consent.

butpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, butpkr will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. The updated Terms take effect from the published effective date.

Your continued use of the butpkr platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting butpkr support via live chat.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which butpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through butpkr's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players who access butpkr from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. butpkr makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific location outside the licensed jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
